Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and test rice milling machinery at customer locations.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on machines.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Conduct machine inspections and recommend repairs or replacement of parts.
- Prepare detailed service reports after every customer visit.
- Train customers and machine operators on machine operation, maintenance, and safety.
- Coordinate with the Service Coordinator and Spare Parts team for timely support.
- Ensure timely closure of service calls and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Follow company safety standards and service procedures at all customer sites.
- Identify opportunities for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), spare parts sales, and machine upgrades.
- Maintain service tools, equipment, and company assets in positive condition.
- Travel extensively across India based on service requirements.
