- Hire, verify, onboard, and train drivers
- Conduct local address and document verification
- Track driver attendance, login hours, trips, and daily performance
- Handle daily communication and operational issues
- Ensure drivers achieve revenue and trip targets
- Coordinate vehicle handover, servicing, breakdowns, and replacements
- Maintain driver records and daily operational reports
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in fleet operations, field operations, driver hiring, or driver management
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable with field visits and mobile applications
- Four-wheeler driving knowledge with a valid driving licence is preferred
- Two-wheeler ownership is preferred
