We're looking for a hands-on Operations Assistant to support day-to-day activities across our business — minor repairs of agricultural tools, logistics support, and general errands as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out minor repairs/maintenance of agricultural tools and equipment sold by the company
- Assist with loading, unloading, and delivery logistics
- Support day-to-day errands and operational tasks across the business
- Help out wherever gaps arise in daily operations
Requirements:
- Basic technical/mechanical aptitude (tool repair experience a plus, not mandatory)
- Willingness to travel locally for deliveries and errands
- Physically fit for loading/unloading work
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Two-wheeler license preferred
