We are looking for a skilled CNC/VMC Programmer cum Operator who can independently program, set up, and operate CNC and VMC machines to manufacture precision components while maintaining quality and production targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCreate CNC/VMC programs using G-code and M-code.
- Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
- Operate CNC Turning and VMC machines efficiently.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters.
- Perform first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks.
- Measure components using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and Dial Indicator.
- Optimize cycle time and improve machining efficiency.
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic preventive maintenance.
- Ensure production targets are achieved with minimum rejection.
- Follow safety procedures and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with production and quality departments.
- Required SkillsCNC/VMC programming (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Haas, etc.)
- G-Code & M-Code programming
- Tool offset and work offset setting
- Fixture setup
