1. Key Responsibilities Residential और Commercial Construction Projects की तलाश करना।
2. Site Visit करके Project Requirement समझना।
3. Builders, Architects, Engineers और Property Owners से नियमित मुलाकात करना।
4. Lead Generate करना और CRM में अपडेट करना।
5. Construction Quotation और Proposal प्रस्तुत करने में सहायता करना।
6. Client के साथ Price Discussion और Follow Up करना।
7. Project Final होने तक लगातार Coordination करना।

Real Estate Brokers और Channel Partners का Network बनाना।
9. Government और Private Construction Opportunities की जानकारी जुटाना।
10. Weekly Sales Report और Visit Report जमा करना।
11. Monthly Target पूरा करना।
12. Company की Qualified Image बनाए रखना।
