- Key Responsibilities : Engage with graduates and potential candidates through phone calls.
- Explain job opportunities and company requirements to candidates.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates regularly.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment data.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates.




- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth candidate engagement.
- Eligibility : Female candidates only.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and local language.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
