About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective buyers, conducting site visits, and assisting clients throughout the property purchase process. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to drive sales and achieve business targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & ProspectingIdentify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, references, and digital platforms.
- Follow up on inquiries received from various marketing channels.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and prospective customers.
- Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain robust relationships with clients by understanding their property requirements.
- Provide accurate information regarding residential, commercial, and investment properties.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Sales & Property ClosuresConduct property presentations, site visits, and project demonstrations.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans,



and investment benefits.
- Negotiate terms and facilitate successful sales closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- CRM & DocumentationUpdate customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer records, agreements, and booking forms.
- Coordinate with internal teams for booking, documentation, and post-sales support.
- Market IntelligenceStay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
