? Location: Multiple locations across Delhi

RexR Global is hiring experienced Store In-Charges (Cloud Kitchen Managers) for a leading cloud-kitchen company.

The role involves managing complete kitchen operations, including:

✅ Team management and shift planning

✅ Swiggy and Zomato order operations

✅ Food quality, packaging and timely dispatch

✅ Inventory, food costs and wastage control

✅ Hygiene, food safety and SOP compliance

✅ Customer ratings and kitchen performance

Mandatory requirements:

? 2–5 years of cloud-kitchen operations experience

? Experience independently managing a cloud-kitchen location

? Knowledge of delivery-platform operations

? Robust team-management and problem-solving skills
