- Pick products accurately as per customer orders.
- Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Ensure correct products, quantities, and offers/freebies are packed before dispatch.
- Print and paste shipping labels on parcels.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock management.
- Perform quality checks on products before packing.
- Pack promotional kits, influencer PR boxes, and festive gift hampers as required.
- Hand over packed shipments to courier partners on time.
- Report damaged, missing, or defective products immediately.
