(Location will be assigned based on operational requirements.)

Job Responsibilities

Welcome guests professionally and ensure a pleasant check-in and check-out experience.

Handle room reservations and walk-in bookings.

Answer phone calls and respond to guest enquiries.

Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness.

Receive payments and maintain accurate billing records.

Maintain guest records and daily reports.

Resolve guest concerns politely and efficiently.

Follow hotel SOPs and maintain professional conduct at all times.

Eligibility

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist is mandatory.





Intermediate or Degree.

Good computer knowledge.

Strong customer service skills.

Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Well-groomed and professional personality.

Language Requirements

Candidates should be able to communicate in:

Telugu (Fluent)

Hindi (Fluent)

English (Basic to Intermediate conversational English sufficient for guest interaction)
