Job Title: Relationship Manager – Micro Finance

Job Summary

The Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and promoting microfinance products such as group loans and individual loans. The role involves achieving business targets while ensuring high-quality customer service and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new customers through field visits and referrals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local communities.

Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms to customers.

Conduct customer verification and collect required documents.

Process loan applications as per company policies.

Ensure timely loan disbursement and monitor loan utilization.

Follow up on EMI collections and maintain healthy portfolio quality.

Achieve monthly business, disbursement, and collection targets.

Maintain accurate customer records and submit daily activity reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales service.

Required Qualifications





Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Micro Finance, Banking, NBFC, or Sales are welcome.

Knowledge of lending products and basic financial concepts is an advantage.
