About the organisation

Qura Nutrition is an Ayurvedic women's health practice . The practice specialises in the management of PCOS and PMOS through doctor-led video consultations, a structured three-month programme. Patients are acquired primarily through digital channels and enquiries are received on a daily basis.

Position summary

The Telecaller is responsible for engaging with prospective patients who have submitted an enquiry, explaining the consultation process, and converting those enquiries into confirmed consultation bookings. The role also covers structured follow-up with patients who have completed a consultation but have not yet enrolled in the treatment programme. The position is target-linked and requires consistent daily calling activity, accurate record keeping, and coordination with the clinical team.

Key responsibilities

Enquiry handling and appointment booking

• Contact all incoming enquiries within the defined response time and make repeat attempts where the call is not answered.

• Explain the consultation process, format, and fee to prospective patients in a explicit and courteous manner.

• Share payment and booking links over WhatsApp and follow up until the booking is confirmed or the enquiry is formally closed.

• Schedule and honour call-back requests at the time committed to the patient.

Patient follow-up

• Follow up with patients who have completed a consultation but have not enrolled in the treatment programme.

• Identify and record the reasons for non-enrolment and escalate recurring concerns to the reporting manager.

• Maintain periodic contact with patients in the follow-up pipeline as per the defined cadence.





Record keeping and reporting

• Update the outcome and disposition of every call in the internal admin panel against the correct status.

• Maintain accurate and current contact records, call notes, and follow-up dates.

• Submit daily and weekly activity reports to the reporting manager.

Coordination and compliance

• Refer all clinical, medical, and treatment-related queries to the consulting doctors. The role does not include providing medical advice of any kind.

• Coordinate with the clinical and operations teams on appointment scheduling and patient handover.

• Adhere to organisational standards on patient privacy, data handling, and communication conduct.

Required qualifications

• One to two years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, patient coordination, or customer support.

• Fluency in Hindi and working proficiency in English, with the ability to switch between the two during a call.

• Proficiency in WhatsApp-based communication and basic computer literacy, including the use of web-based CRM or admin systems.

• Demonstrated ability to work to daily and monthly targets.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience in healthcare, diagnostics, clinics, wellness, or health technology.

• Familiarity with women's health or PCOS-related services Will be prioritised not a must.

Key performance indicators

• Number of calls made and contact rate achieved per day

• Number of consultations booked and payments confirmed

• Conversion rate from consultation to programme enrolment

• Accuracy and completeness of call records in the admin system
