Reporting ToStore Supervisor / Operations Manager

Job PurposeTo assist in the smooth day-to-day functioning of the warehouse by handling receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading, unloading, and maintaining cleanliness while ensuring accurate inventory handling and timely order dispatch.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGoods ReceivingUnload incoming goods safely.
- Count and verify quantities with delivery challans.
- Inform the supervisor of any shortages or damaged goods.
- Arrange products in designated storage locations.
- Stock HandlingFollow the First In, First Out (FIFO) method.
- Stack goods safely to prevent damage.
- Keep products organized according to category and batch.
- Assist during physical stock verification.
- Order PreparationPick products according to the invoice or pick list.
- Pack goods neatly and securely.
- Verify quantities before dispatch.
- Help load vehicles efficiently.
- HousekeepingMaintain a clean and organized warehouse.
- Keep aisles free from obstructions.
- Dispose of damaged packaging properly.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Material HandlingMove goods using trolleys or pallet trucks.
- Handle bags, cartons, and boxes carefully.
- Avoid product damage during movement.
- SafetyFollow warehouse safety rules.
- Wear safety equipment when required.
- Report accidents, damages, or unsafe conditions immediately.
- Daily DutiesUnloading supplier vehicles.

- QualificationMinimum: 8th Pass (10th Pass preferred).
- Prior warehouse or grocery store experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Physical RequirementsAbility to lift 25–50 kg bags with proper lifting techniques.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work for extended periods.
