? Job Responsibilities

As a Guest Service Associate (GSA), you will:

Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.

Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the guest's visit.

Assist customers with ticket booking, seating arrangements, and general inquiries.

Handle food & beverage counter operations efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards within the cinema premises.

Manage guest flow and crowd during movie screenings.

Ensure a smooth, enjoyable,



and memorable cinema experience for every guest.

Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Gender: Male Candidates Only

Age: 18–24 Years(Not more than that)

Qualification:

12th Pass

Graduate

Rotational Shifts

Experience:

Min 6 month or smart fresher will good communication skills

Candidates from Restaurant, Hotel, QSR, Retail, or Hospitality backgrounds preferred.
