Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Targets: Drive the acquisition, sales, and cross-selling of financial products (e.g., gold loans, SME loans, microfinance, and insurance).

Operations & Administration: Monitor day-to-day transactions, approve system entries, authenticate registers, and manage cash flow and fund remittances.

Compliance & Audits: Ensure the branch adheres to RBI and company guidelines, handle statutory license renewals, and explicit internal/external audit queries.

Customer Service & Collections: Address escalated customer grievances, monitor collection pipelines, and assist in resolving pending repayments.

Team Leadership: Conduct daily morning meetings, delegate tasks, and provide coaching to sales and operational staff.
