Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute Meta, Google & YouTube Ads.
- Drive lead generation and campaign performance.
- Own the social media strategy and content calendar.
- Lead and mentor the Social Media Specialist.
- Coordinate with the media team for photo & video shoots.
- Manage influencer marketing campaigns.
- Oversee SEO, website, and digital presence.
- Track KPIs and prepare marketing reports.
- Work closely with Sales and Management to achieve business goals.

Requirements

- 5+ years of Digital Marketing experience.
- Robust expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, SEO & Analytics.
- Experience in content planning, team management, and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- CRM and marketing automation experience is an added advantage.
