Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant to manage the complete accounting operations of our manufacturing company. The candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Tally Prime, Advanced Excel, banking, statutory compliance, payroll, and financial reporting. Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete Books of Accounts.
- Maintain Purchase, Sales, Journal, Receipt & Payment entries.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and all statutory compliances.
- Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns).
- Prepare TDS working, return filing and reconciliation.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation and Ledger Reconciliation.
- Prepare Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements.
- Generate monthly MIS reports for management.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Coordinate with CA, Auditors, Banks and Government Departments.
- Verify purchase invoices,



sales invoices and inventory accounting.
- Process employee salary, PF, ESI (if applicable) and payroll entries.
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register and Depreciation Schedule.
- Ensure proper accounting documentation and internal controls.
- Support management with financial planning, budgeting and cost analysis.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Advanced MS Excel.
- GST & TDS Compliance.
- Income Tax Basics.
- Financial Reporting.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Inventory Accounting.
- MIS Reporting.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- QualificationB.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (Preferred)
- Minimum 5–8 years of accounting experience.
- Experience in Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.
