About the RoleWe're looking for Video Editors & Content Clippers who can turn long-form videos (podcasts, interviews, livestreams, YouTube videos) into high-performing short-form content.
You'll be responsible for editing engaging clips, optimizing them for virality, and managing multiple social media clipping pages.
- ResponsibilitiesEdit long-form videos into engaging YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels & TikTok-style videos
- Identify viral moments and create high-retention clips
- Add captions, motion graphics, zooms, sound effects and memes where required
- Create compelling hooks and thumbnails
- Upload and schedule content on social media platforms
- Manage multiple clipping pages
- Write titles, descriptions, hashtags and optimize posts
- Track performance and improve future edits based on analytics
- Maintain consistent posting schedules
