Responsible for promoting and processing two-wheeler loans inside the showroom. Assist walk-in customers with loan options, documentation, eligibility checks, and ensure timely loan approval and disbursement. Achieve assigned monthly targets while delivering positive customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Explain loan schemes, EMI & tenure
• Collect and verify KYC & loan documents
• Login loan files and follow up for approvals
• Coordinate with credit & operations teams
Eligibility:
• 12th Pass / Graduate
• Experience in two-wheeler loans or NBFC preferred
• Freshers can apply
