Job Title: Accountant ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant Executive with strong knowledge of Busy Accounting Software and Advanced Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting operations, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records in Busy Software.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Manage GST invoicing and assist in GST return filing.
- Handle TDS-related accounting and compliance.
- Reconcile debtor and creditor accounts.
- Maintain cash book, ledgers, and financial records.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial reports using Advanced Excel.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of financial transactions.




- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, MBA (Finance), or an equivalent qualification.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in Busy Accounting Software.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, INDEX-MATCH, Data Validation, Charts, etc.).
- Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
