We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our premium men's fashion showroom in Coimbatore. Our store caters to college students and working professionals, offering a curated collection of trend-setting shirts, chinos, denim, workwear, and premium accessories (perfumes, sunglasses, watches, belts).

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Customer Assistance & Outfit Styling: Warmly greet shoppers, understand their style preferences, and actively suggest complete outfits (e.g., matching casual shirts with chinos or denim).

2.Counter Cross-Selling & Upselling: Proactively present and cross-sell high-margin accessories (perfumes, sunglasses, leather belts, and watches) at the counter to boost sales.

3.Visual Merchandising & Store Maintenance: Maintain neat, attractive wall displays, face-out clothing racks, and folded center tables. Ensure the floor always looks premium and organized.

4.Fitting Room & Inventory Support: Assist customers with trial room sizes, promptly re-hang or re-fold garments back into position, and assist in stock management.

5.Billing & Counter Operations: Handle quick, polite, and accurate billing transactions via POS and digital payments (UPI/PhonePe).
