Job Description:

Role Description: As a Lead Frontend Developer, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and growth of our frontend web and mobile platforms. You will leverage your deep technical expertise and business acumen to deliver robust solutions and guide the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand business problems and provide optimal technical solutions.
- Design applications following architectural patterns and best practices.
- Prepare technical designs for components within the module.
- Articulate technology stack pros and cons to clients and the project team.
- Lead performance tuning, re-design, and refactoring efforts.
- Implement build, and release processes, and system configurations.
- Ensure reusability and productization of solutions across business areas.
- Optimize digital application performance and scalability.
- Drive innovation by tracking technology trends and creating new solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend recent tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Define development standards and ensure software quality and security.
- Mentor and lead developers, providing design and implementation guidance.
- Collaborate with industry and academia for new insights and ideas.




- Represent the company in industry forums and contribute to blogs and white papers.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- 8+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in architecture and design.
- Proficiency in UI technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, PrimeNG, JQuery, Ajax.
- Strong presentation skills and comfort in speaking with customers and executives.
- Experience in creating scalable, flexible, and resilient architectures.
- Proficient in software development processes, including test-driven development.
- Strong understanding of backend/API/service development and relational databases.
- Experience with web standards and mobile application architecture.
- Hands-on implementation of framework and open-source standards.
- Experience in digital and consumer-facing software system deployments.
- Knowledge of Node.js and Google Maps API preferred.
- Excellent collaboration, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to evaluate build/buy decisions and optimize for performance.

Preferred Experience:

- Development experience in SAP Fiori/Open UI5 framework. (Not mandate)
