Job Description:

Job Responsibilities :

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects (residential/commercial).
- Analyze drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and specifications.
- Conduct rate analysis for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Prepare and review tender documents and bid proposals.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams for cost inputs.
- Monitor project budgets and track cost variations.
- Perform value engineering to optimize project costs.
- Maintain cost databases and historical records.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate pricing.
- Prepare MIS reports and cost comparison statements.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of construction costing & estimation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software.




- Understanding of BOQ preparation and tendering process.
- Positive analytical and numerical skills.
- Knowledge of market rates and construction materials.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree /Diploma in Civil Engineering

- Must have the experience in residential , commercial and industrial projects.

Experience: Minimum 4years specially in residential and commercial building
