Job Description: A Billing Executive (Female) for a trading company is responsible for managing the end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring accuracy in sales records, handling payment collections, and maintaining customer accounts, typically within a rapid-paced retail or wholesale environment. - Invoice Generation: Prepare, generate, and send accurate invoices for sales transactions using software such as Tally Prime, MARG, or ERP systems.
- Counter Sales/Dispatch: Handle counter sales, walk-in customers, and generate e-way bills for dispatches in trading operations.
- Payment Collection & Tracking: Monitor accounts receivables, follow up on pending invoices, and track outstanding payments.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain updated, organized records of all billing transactions, including daily, weekly, or monthly reports for management.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile billing discrepancies, credit/debit notes, and verify accuracy against Purchase Orders (POs) and delivery challans.
- Compliance:



Ensure compliance with GST and other tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Handling: Respond to client inquiries regarding billing issues professionally.
- Cashiering: Responsible for handling cash or digital payments, managing the billing machine, and daily cash reconciliation without shortages.
- Coordination: Collaborate with internal sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth invoicing operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (b.com) is preferred, though some roles accept 12th pass with relevant experience.
- Experience: Previous experience (0-2 years) in billing, accounting, or a similar role, ideally in trading or retail.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally (Prime/ERP), MARG, POS systems, and MS Excel.
- Key Attributes: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, good communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
