Job Description:

Position Title Customer Support Specialist Department / Location Client Services Cost center Number Reports to Senior Manager - Client Services Position/s that reports to this role N/A PURPOSE (Why this role/job exist) The Customer Support Specialist will be part of the Customer Support and Services team which uses CRM tools like Zendesk, Salesforce and other applications like Zoom/Hangouts for remote desktop sharing. The application support specialist in GetHired is not only a Support professional, but also a researcher, a tester and a consultant to both customers and product management. In this role you will be working with customers from all over the world resolving customer issues, escalating critical issues to the Dev team, reaching solutions that are mutually beneficial to customers and GetHired.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential functions/key expectations or deliverables)



● Provide pleasant and professional customer service and technical support to current and potential customers of GetHired product suite and related workplace via telephone, FTP, remote dial-up connections and email ● Applying technology in multiple ways to configure the product and helping the customer implement GetHired products ● Solid understanding of products limits and suggesting ways of improving the product.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS (Relevant experience, Education, etc.) ● Any Bachelor's Degree ● At least 6 months to 3 years of experience in software application support and/or infrastructure support ● Should have good knowledge in Troubleshooting preferably IT application support. ● Excellent written and oral communication skills ● Demonstrated superior customer service skills ● Ability to adapt to current technology and work on the same. ● Open to work in a 24/7 support environment.
