Position: Construction Supervisor

Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Construction Supervisor to oversee in office activities, manage workers and subcontractors, and ensure that construction projects are completed on time, safely, and efficiently.

Location:

- Between Bavla/Bagodra

Salary:

- Up to ₹25k per month

Experience:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in construction supervision or a related role.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage on-site workers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
2. Enforce adherence to safety standards, protocols, and company policies.
3. Monitor and track project timelines,



ensuring deliverables are met within deadlines.
4. Coordinate resources, materials, and equipment for uninterrupted site activities.
5. Address on-site issues and provide effective solutions promptly.
6. Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
7. Maintain accurate documentation of daily site activities and progress.
8. Communicate with project managers and stakeholders regarding site updates.
9. Assist in training workers on safety and operational procedures.
10. Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of on-site equipment.
