A reputed company engaged in manufacturing and supply of refractory and industrial products is hiring a Supervisor to manage shop floor activities, workforce coordination, and daily operational processes. - Supervise day-to-day production and operational activities on the shop floor.
- Manage workers, operators, and shift manpower efficiently.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor machine operations and coordinate maintenance activities when required.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and workforce productivity.
- Ensure proper material handling and smooth process flow.
- Follow and enforce safety procedures, PPE usage, and company policies.
- Prepare daily production and operational reports for management.
- Coordinate with quality, stores, dispatch, and maintenance teams.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency.
- Candidates with manufacturing or industrial supervisory experience preferred.
