Your responsibilities
- Responsible for to do all activity related to production turning division.
- Training to shop floor employees to make them skilled.
- To allocate job to subordinator according to qualification & experience.
- Production-planning & execution of planned activities viz., assembly, testing and dispatch of the product.
- Close co-ordination with Project management, Planning and Procurement to expedite items at right time to meet the schedule.
- To ensure implementation as per ISO: 9001:2015,14001:2015 & 45001:2018
- To do process validation and revalidation as per requirements
- To define KPI & there monitoring
- To evaluate processes and implement any changes needed to ensure that processes achieve their intended result.
- Maintain and adhere to the safety practices within the shop floor.
- Maintain and record the documents as per defined in quality management system.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards,
customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
What you bring
- Proven experience in Mechanical assembly of bearing and other machining product
- Relevant experience in the process manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of 3 axis machining, Grinding, sheet metal.
- Proven experience in Auditing & production documentation
- Sound knowledge in production, Machining, & Fabrication Process.
- Hands on experience & exposure to manufacturing processes of Machinery product and its assembly & inspection processes.
- Exposure to reading, understanding and interpretation of engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of ISO, EMS, OHSAS, Kaizen, 5S, industrial safety ability to handle and control a team.
- Relevant experience in the bearing industries.
- Should be conversant with MS Office, preferably AutoCAD, solid works and working experience with any ERP/FACT System systems.
- Conversant with problem solving methodologies like CAPA / WHY WHY analysis.
