Job Description:

Business Development:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and key stakeholders.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers and customers to ensure competitive positioning.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies.

Operational Management:

Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, from sourcing to distribution, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards and customer expectations.

Manage inventory levels and logistics to optimize product availability and reduce waste.

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement the division &business; strategy in alignment with the company's overall goals.

Identify growth opportunities, including recent markets, products, and partnerships, to expand the division& market share.

Lead the division in achieving sales targets, profitability, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.





Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback and support to team members.

Promote collaboration and cross-functional teamwork within the division and with other departments.

Financial Management:

Prepare and manage the division& budget, ensuring financial targets are met.

Analyze financial data to make informed decisions and drive profitability.

Report on the division& performance to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Identify and mitigate risks related to product quality, supply chain, and market fluctuations.

Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the trading, Chemicals or related

Industry, with a focus on fragrances and flavours.

Salary: 45k To 55k per month
