Job Description: Job Responsibilities:

- Perform MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and other metal components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- Set up and operate welding machines, grinders, and cutting tools.
- Measure, cut, align, and assemble metal parts as per specifications.
- Inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify defects or weak joints.
- Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper machine settings.
- Follow safety procedures and use PPE during welding operations.
- Carry out fabrication, repair, and finishing work as required.
- Maintain production quality and meet daily production targets.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth workflow.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of MIG welding techniques.
- Ability to read technical drawings and fabrication layouts.
- Knowledge of welding safety standards and procedures.




- Positive hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to use measuring instruments and fabrication tools.
- Basic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance skills.

Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma in Welding or related field preferred.
- Welding certification is an added advantage.

Experience:
- 1–5 years of experience in MIG welding/fabrication work.
- Experience in manufacturing, heavy engineering, automotive, or fabrication industry preferred.

Working Conditions:
- Factory / fabrication shop environment.
- Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy materials when required.
