Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Launch & Analytics Consultant to implement and manage end-to-end digital tracking, analytics, and customer data activation across the Adobe Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP/CDP), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Marketo integration, enabling seamless customer journey tracking and actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and manage Adobe Launch (DTM/Tags), including rules, data elements, extensions, and event tracking.
- Configure Adobe Analytics (eVars, props, events, report suites, dashboards, KPIs, attribution, and funnel analysis).
- Design and maintain data layer architecture and ensure accurate tag implementation.
- Integrate Adobe Experience Platform (AEP/CDP) using Web SDK, XDM schemas, datasets, identity resolution, and audience activation.
- Configure Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to deliver cross-channel journey insights and attribution reporting.




- Integrate Marketo with Adobe Analytics and AEP for campaign tracking, lead lifecycle management, and audience activation.
- Ensure data quality through tag validation, debugging, governance, consent management, and GDPR/PDPA compliance.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to optimize digital analytics implementations.
