Job Description:

- Define and execute test strategies for complex Sagas and Epics, aligning with business and technical goals.

- Create, maintain, and execute manual test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage.

- Provide accurate effort estimates, raise impediments, and support risk/dependency analysis.

- Lead defect lifecycle management, reporting, and root cause analysis.

- Coach and mentor junior and mid-level testers, fostering accountability and collaboration.

- Actively contribute to agile ceremonies and champion quality practices.

- Drive shift-left transformation and advise on automation priorities.

- Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

- 10+ years of progressive experience in software testing and quality assurance.

- Expertise in test strategy, defect management, and agile delivery frameworks.

- Solid leadership and coaching skills with a history of building high- performing teams.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and risk analysis capabilities.

- Experience in embedding shift-left practices and advising on automation strategy.
