Your impact:

As the Learning Products Manager, you will lead multi-disciplinary change projects, and facilitate the development of comprehensive technical documentation, working under limited supervision. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews and assessments of technical documentation, ensuring it meets established quality standards. Leads team and manages pipeline of multiple projects, helps team prioritize the efforts and ensures project deliverables are met.

- Guides multi-disciplinary change projects (including new product initiatives and legacy product sustenance projects) by facilitating the development of comprehensive technical documentation.
- Develops innovative technical writing solutions and strategies for complex, large-scale projects, ensuring standards adherence, process optimization, and high-quality documentation outcomes, working under limited supervision.
- Leads a team of junior technical writers and localization engineers, manages pipeline of multiple projects, helps team prioritize the efforts and ensures project deliverables are met by coordinating across other stakeholders and functions.




- This lead role is responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews and assessments of technical documentation, ensuring it meets established quality standards.
- Provides expert technical writing advice and guidance within specific functional areas, supporting colleagues in producing clear, accurate, and comprehensive documentation.
- Introduces new technical writing methods and procedures to improve organizational documentation practices, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensures the quality and timeliness of technical documentation deliverables, adhering to project budgets, schedules, and other constraints.
- Analyzes complex technical writing challenges, applying in-depth knowledge to select appropriate methods and techniques for achieving desired documentation results.
- Implement strategic technical writing initiatives aligned with organizational goals, driving alignment between documentation efforts and broader objectives.
- Collaborates closely with stakeholders to define technical writing requirements and objectives, facilitating effective communication and alignment of documentation efforts.
- Works across other functions, including technical teams and project management teams, to define project priorities and balancing the efforts to meet key milestones.

- We believe collaboration is better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

You’ll thrive in the role if:

- You’ve acquired a minimum of 6 years of experience in… technical writing or equivalent, with 2 years of leading teams

- Your skills include… regulatory and compliance documentation, advanced technical writing, editing techniques, localization and translation workflow knowledge, and continuous improvement.
- You have a… Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience working within the medical device sector is required.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You demonstrate strong decision-making, communication, and influence skills, effectively conveying complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong people management and project planning and execution experience is a must.
