Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.- Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.- Document development processes and application configurations for future reference.- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.- Experience with component-based architecture and modular development.- Strong understanding of front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.- Ability to integrate Salesforce applications with external systems using APIs.- Familiarity with Salesforce platform features and best practices for application development.- Skilled in debugging and troubleshooting application issues to ensure optimal performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.- This position is based at our Pune Location
