Experience in applying a wide variety of well-known patterns and techniques, e.g. User Stories, agile estimation Hard conversations skills Conflict resolution skills Service to Team Causing the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team's progress Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox. Help the team establish practices that enhance quality, lowers technical debt and increases product value Service to Product Owners Ensure the goals, scope and product domain are understood by everyone on the team Helping find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management Help the Scrum Team understand the need for explicit and concise Product Backlog Items Helping establish empirical product planning for a complex environment Guide the product owner on arranging their Product Backlog to maximise value Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.
