- Plan and execute community engagement initiatives, in-mall activations, and seasonal events todrive footfall.
- Build and maintain relationships with tenants and retail partners, resolving day-to-day concerns andcoordinating joint promotions.
- Manage Safina Plaza's social media presence and respond to visitor queries and feedback acrosschannels.
- Organise and host events, pop-ups, and collaborations with local brands, artists, and communitygroups.
- Track footfall,



engagement metrics, and tenant satisfaction, and report insights to management.
- Coordinate with the cafe, retail, and operations teams to ensure a consistent visitor experience.
- Handle on-ground visitor relations, feedback collection, and complaint resolution.Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in community management, mall/retail marketing, events, or hospitality.
- Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with social media management and basic content planning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work on-site, including weekends when needed.
