ITC Infotech is hiring Presales Consultant (Cloud)- Pune.Job Overview:The person will work closely with the sales, service lines, COEs and delivery teams to understand client needs/RFP asks and take ownership for the RFP/bid responses, The Presales Consultant will be responsible for responding to RFPs related to Digital Work Place services, Infrastructure services ( Network, Storage, Backup, Cloud and Data Center), Field Services. Cloud Services( AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience: 4-9yearsJob Location: Pune.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain collaterals related to the pre-sales activities – capability presentations, case studies, RFP response templates, RFP repository.Responsible for responding to RFI/RFP/proactive proposal/capability docs requirements, working closely with sales and delivery teams.Ownership to prepare the timelines plan and drive the pre-sales activitiesUnderstand the customer requirements and develop technical proposal/solution in infrastructure areas such as Cloud Managed Services, Cloud Migrations and Transformations (AWS, Azure, GCP), Field Services, Service Desk, Digital Workplace, Data Center Managed Services,



Network management services etc.Work with subject matter expert to get the end-to-end solution.Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to build the RFP/RFI/RFQ response and able to understand the business requirements, work closely with delivery teams to document the solutionsPrepare technical presentation with custom solution for new prospects.Experience of leading large RFPs (> 5 mil USD in TCV) and working on different service lines –, Infrastructure services, Cloud services, Service Desk, infra support etc.Qualifications:Bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related fieldProven experience in a pre-sales role within the software services industry.Valuable understanding of Managed Services, Cloud, IT InfrastructureExcellent communication and presentation skills.Proficient in MS office toolsExperience in CRM and sales software tools.Experience in any of our chosen industry domains – BFSI, Mfg. & Retail, Travel & Hosp will be preferredInterested candidates mail at [email protected] with the following details:NameYears of experienceLocation (Must be willing to work from Pune location)Notice PeriodCTC & ECTC
