Visit flyingfoxbrewing.Com for more information about our beers.About the RoleWe’re looking for a driven, relationship-oriented Sales Manager to help grow our brand across retail, hospitality, and export channels.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies for retail bottle distribution.Build and manage relationships with bars, restaurants, hotels, and other on-premise accounts for tap placements.Identify and pursue international sales opportunities for bottled products.Negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial agreements with partners and distributors.Track sales performance, market opportunities, and channel growth.Coordinate with operations, marketing, and production teams to ensure availability and timely delivery.Represent Flying Fox at industry events, tastings, trade shows, and client meetings.Maintain accurate sales pipelines, account records, and forecasts.QualificationsProven experience in beverage alcohol sales,



preferably craft beer, spirits, wine, or premium FMCG.Experience selling into retail channels and hospitality/on-premise accounts.Strong network in bars, restaurants, distributors, or retail trade preferred.Demonstrated ability to grow new business and manage client relationships.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and travel as needed.Interest in craft beer and premium beverage brands.Preferred SkillsExperience in export or international sales.Familiarity with beer distribution, taproom partnerships, or alcohol licensing environments.Experience working with startups or growing brands.Understanding of market entry strategies for premium beverage products.What Success Looks LikeNew retail accounts added consistently.Increased tap placements across key venues.International bottle sales opportunities developed.Strong and repeat business from trade partners.Transparent pipeline management and revenue growth.
