Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights, support decision-making, and improve profitability.Key Responsibilities
- Assist in budgets, forecasts, and monthly planning; track budget vs. actuals
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations
- Perform revenue, cost, margin, and profitability analysis
- Build financial models; support cash flow and working capital tracking
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and other teams on business initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy, controls, and process improvementsSkills & Competencies
- Strong analytical skills and finance fundamentals
- Advanced Excel; BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) preferred
- Good communication and ability to work in rapid-paced environmentsQualification & Experience
- B.Com / BBA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)
- 1–3 years in Business Finance / FP&A; / MISKey Attributes
