Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and experienced accountant. The ideal candidate should have a robust foundation in accounting practices, proficiency in MS Office and Excel, and exposure to IPO documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial reports.
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger entries, reconciliation, and journal entries.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for internal and external use.




- Work on IPO documentation and related financial paperwork.
- Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
- Coordinate with internal departments for budgeting, audits, and compliance.
- Ensure timely submission of financial reports and statutory filings.

Requirements

- Education: Inter CA or B.Com or M.Com
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and advanced Excel
- Exposure to IPO processes/documentation preferred
- Average communication skills; ability to coordinate effectively with teams.
