Established in 2022–2024 timeframe, the company operates in the machinery and equipment sector, focusing on delivering high-quality engineering solutions for manufacturing industries. Acepack primarily caters to industries such as pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, FMCG, and Cosmetic Machine manufacturing, delivering high-quality and customized equipment to meet diverse production requirements.
In addition to packaging solutions, Acepack also offers water treatment systems and turnkey engineering solutions, focusing on quality, efficiency, and customer-specific requirements. The company is steadily expanding its presence not only in the domestic market but also in international markets.
Responsibilities
Automation System Design & Engineering
- Develop detailed functional design specifications (FDS), control philosophies, and automation strategies based on project requirements.
- Prepare control schematics, I/O lists, architecture diagrams, and system configuration layouts.
- Design and review PLC, SCADA, and HMI system architecture ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
SCADA & PLC Programming
- Develop, configure, and test SCADA applications including graphics, alarms, trends, and reporting systems.
- Perform PLC/DDC programming, logic development, and debugging.
- Ensure seamless integration between PLC, SCADA, HMI, and third-party systems.
System Integration & Communication
- Integrate automation systems with field instruments, RTUs,
controllers, and communication devices.
- Configure and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, DNP3, and Ethernet/IP.
- Ensure proper data acquisition, signal mapping, and real-time communication across systems.
Panel & Instrumentation Design
- Design control panels, junction boxes, and instrumentation layouts as per project requirements.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, and BOM (Bill of Materials).
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and maintain all project-related documentation including design specifications, test plans, FAT/SAT reports, and validation documents.
- Develop operation & maintenance (O&M;) manuals and user training materials.
- Ensure documentation aligns with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Installation, Testing & Commissioning
- Supervise installation and perform site acceptance testing (SAT) and factory acceptance testing (FAT).
- Execute system commissioning, loop checking, calibration, and performance validation.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project handover.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance Support
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and communication issues in automation systems.
- Provide remote and in office technical support to operations and maintenance teams.
- Perform preventive maintenance checks and system health monitoring.
Change Management & System Upgrades
- Implement software modifications and system upgrades based on field requirements or improvement initiatives.
- Track, document, and validate all system changes ensuring minimal operational disruption.
Project Coordination & Execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and engineering departments.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients for timely execution of automation projects.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation activities.
Performance Improvement & Optimization
- Analyze system performance data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement.
- Implement process optimization solutions to reduce downtime, improve productivity, and enhance system reliability.
Training & Knowledge Sharing
- Conduct training sessions for operators and maintenance personnel on automation systems.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and team members.
Qualifications
Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Computer Engineering
3–4 years of experience in industrial automation and control systems experience in panel design, installation, testing, and commissioning
Exposure to advanced SCADA systems and multiple PLC platforms (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.)
