About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Team Lead to oversee the recruitment function, drive hiring performance, and lead a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing end-to-end recruitment operations, and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.
- Allocate hiring requirements and monitor recruiter workload and productivity.
- Ensure timely delivery of quality candidates while maintaining recruitment standards.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee recruitment planning, resource allocation, and hiring timelines.
- Coordinate with external recruitment partners and vendors as required.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular MIS and performance reports.




- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and operational efficiency.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.

Required Skills
- Proven experience leading or managing a recruitment team.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
- Solid client and stakeholder relationship management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and performance tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including experience leading a team.
- Experience in recruitment planning, process improvement, and vendor management is an advantage.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will participate in a multi-stage interview process, which may include an assessment, technical or functional discussions, and an HR interview.
