About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer/Lead/Architect to drive the design and development of scalable backend applications while contributing to AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python development, system design, cloud technologies, and software architecture, along with practical exposure to Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI technologies.

This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, enabling you to build high-performance applications and integrate modern AI capabilities into enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable Python-based applications.
- Architect and develop high-performance backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
- Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures for enterprise-grade applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Mentor development teams through technical guidance, code reviews, and best engineering practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- Integrate AI and Generative AI capabilities, including LLM-based services, into business applications.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices to drive innovation.

Required Skills

- 6–12 years of experience in Python application development.




- Strong proficiency in Python and backend development frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming, and Design Patterns.
- Strong expertise in System Design, Software Architecture, and scalable distributed systems.
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs and Microservices.
- Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
- Positive understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI concepts.
- Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI APIs, or AI Agent frameworks.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building distributed and event-driven applications.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging platforms.
- Knowledge of Redis or other caching technologies.
- Experience integrating AI models into enterprise applications.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Nice to Have

- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Milvus, or FAISS.
- Exposure to OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or other enterprise AI platforms.
- Experience developing AI-powered assistants, copilots, chatbots, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Knowledge of MLOps concepts and AI application deployment.
