Role: Head - Production & Visibility

Role Definition

The Head – Production & Visibility is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end execution of production and visibility activities across branding and creative projects. This includes ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of physical and digital branding materials, managing vendor relationships, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining the visual impact of the brand in physical spaces and activations. The role requires strategic planning, coordination with internal teams, and on-ground supervision to maintain consistency and excellence in brand presentation.

Tasks; Activities & Measurement Metrics

• Production Management

1. Oversee the production of branding materials including signage, POS displays, retail fixtures, and event collaterals.
2. Ensure 100% adherence to brand guidelines in all produced assets.

4. Deliver all production outputs within agreed timelines (>95% on-time delivery).
5. Track progress of multiple projects simultaneously using project management tools.

• Vendor Management & Cost Control

1. Identify and onboard reliable vendors for print, fabrication, and installation.
2. Negotiate pricing and ensure cost optimization without compromising quality.
3.



Maintain a vetted vendor database with performance ratings updated quarterly.
4. Ensure all vendor payments and compliance documents are in order.

• Quality Assurance

1. Conduct quality checks on all produced items before dispatch/installation.
2. Ensure >98% error-free delivery of produced materials.

4. Implement a QC checklist and enforce approval processes at every stage.

• On-Ground Execution

1. Supervise setup and installation at client events, exhibitions, and activations.
2. Ensure seamless execution as per design specifications and timelines.
3.

4. Provide real-time issue resolution during in office activities.
5.

6. Document and report execution status with photographs and feedback.

• Visibility Planning

1. Develop and implement visibility strategies for brand activations, retail, and outdoor.
2. Ensure maximum brand impact with innovative display solutions.

4. Evaluate performance of visibility campaigns and suggest improvements.

• Coordination & Communication

1. Collaborate with client servicing and creative teams for smooth workflow.
2. Act as the single point of contact for production and visibility-related queries.
3. Maintain weekly status reports for all ongoing projects.

• Continuous Improvement

1. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and production technologies.

3. Suggest at least 1 process improvement or cost-saving measure per quarter.
4. Train and mentor the production team for skill enhancement.

• Safety & Compliance

1. Ensure compliance with safety standards during installation and execution.
2. Maintain documentation of all legal and compliance requirements for vendors and on-ground work.
