Senior Accounts Executive

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Experience: 8–10 Years

Govik Industries Private Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to join our finance team. We are seeking a candidate with robust accounting knowledge, statutory compliance experience, hands-on experience with SAP Business One, and exposure to import-related accounting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and record day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare journal entries, ledger reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate banking transactions and documentation,



including Bank Guarantees (BGs), Letters of Credit (LCs), and working capital-related activities.
- Account for import purchases, Bills of Entry, customs duty, freight, and related expenses.
- Support statutory, tax, GST, and internal audits.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial schedules.
- Coordinate with internal departments, banks, auditors, consultants, and logistics partners.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial operations.

Requirements
- B.Com (Mandatory); M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred.
- 8–10 years of accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business One is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting principles, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in an import or manufacturing company is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
