Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at The Sterling Dental Clinic, located in Recent Delhi.



The responsibilities include greeting and assisting patients, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, maintaining patient records, and performing general clerical duties. The role also involves ensuring a positive patient experience by providing outstanding customer service and addressing inquiries in a professional manner.

Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Competence in Clerical Skills, including record-keeping and office organization
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide exceptional Customer Service and create a welcoming environment
- Proficiency in using computer

Experience :

- 0-2 year of experience

Salary - 20k-30k
