Hiring for CA FirmLocation: Goregaon East, MumbaiExperience: 1+ YearWorking Days: 6 DaysEligibility:Minimum 1 year of experience in Internal Audit or Statutory AuditHands-on knowledge of Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and/or Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) is mandatoryKey Responsibilities:Perform accurate and timely NAV (Net Asset Value) calculation and verification for AIF and PMS portfolios.Manage fund accounting activities, including corporate actions, capital accounting, and reconciliations.Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and other applicable statutory requirements.Coordinate with internal, concurrent, and statutory auditors for NAV verification and audit processes.Calculate and verify management fees, brokerage, custody charges, and other fund-related expenses.Liaise with fund managers, custodians, brokers,



and other stakeholders to resolve NAV-related queries.Support process improvements and automation initiatives for NAV processing and reconciliations.Prepare MIS reports and regulatory reports as required.Key Skills:Robust understanding of Fund Accounting and NAV ComputationKnowledge of SEBI regulations governing AIF/PMSAdvanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with financial/accounting softwareStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholdersConfident in leading and managing a team effectively.If interested share your resume at [email protected]
