Work Schedule - Mon - Friday -( 1st and 3rd Sat off )

Time - 9:00 to 5:00 Pm

Location - Grant Road, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural projects from concept design through execution.
- Prepare design concepts, presentations, working drawings, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
- Review drawings and resolve technical and design-related issues.
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
- Guide and mentor junior architects and design team members.
- Stay updated with building regulations, construction methods, materials, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- 7–12 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Strong experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, and presentation tools.
- Robust knowledge of construction detailing, building codes, and project coordination.
- Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
