Role Summary

The Project Manager will spearhead the end-to-end process transformation initiatives by ideating, designing, and deploying solutions using standardized methodologies, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include managing stakeholder engagement and overseeing project governance.

This role will focus on leveraging design thinking to identify and capitalize on process improvement opportunities, driving enhancements across process, technology, and data. The Project Manager will analyze, redesign, and optimize business processes to significantly boost operational efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Bachelor's degreeMaster's degree preferred

Relevant Experience

Overall, 10 - 12 years of experience in Process design, Technology deployments and consulting, with a strong focus on process transformation initiativesMinimum 3 years' experience in business process management methodologies, and the ability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable plans that drive business valueMinimum of 3 years' experience in deploying technology solutionsShould be able to display how he/she was able to convert an opportunity into solutionExperience in Business Process Mapping and analysis,



with a focus on identifying inefficiencies and proposing effective redesignsPMP trained desiredSix Sigma Lean/BB Certification desiredShould have managed small teams or ability to exhibit to managerial skillStrong understanding of six sigma tools - linkage and usage.Working knowledge of MS project to build project plans; Strong proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucid chart, Monday.com).Excellent analytical, Excel, PowerPoint, MS office and documentation skillsExposure to enterprise data warehouse systems preferred, enabling effective data-driven decision-making in process transformations.Experience working with or communicating with US-based stakeholders and business environmentsStrong written communication skills — this role requires drafting professional correspondence for director-level audiences regularlyProficiency in Monday.com or similar project management toolsStrong command of email and Microsoft Office/Google WorkspaceExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing the threadProactive communicator — surfaces issues early rather than waiting to be askedBachelor's degree in business, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage all phases of a project from Initiation to ClosureCreate detailed process maps using standard notation (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts)



to visualize current and proposed workflows.Document process steps, inputs, outputs, and interactions to provide a explicit understanding of process operations.Act as a primary interface for the project between Business Stakeholders and PES India OperationsEngage effectively with customers and deploy Standard Program/Project Management MethodologyManage and implement project responsibilities from inception to completion including: cost, benefits, quality, scope, and scheduleDevelop and implement risk mitigation plansRegularly and effectively communicate project and team status throughout the organization levels on progress, issues, and opportunitiesDeliver project customer satisfaction and productivity commitmentsEstablish and maintain business relationships with customers and stakeholdersPartner with Cross functional teams in understanding business pain points and arrive at appropriate IT and/or Re-engineering solutionsLiaise with various teams and Create Work Breakdown Structures, Project Schedules and Project Timelines for the teamMaintain Effective Project DocumentationCoordinate with US stakeholders to understand processes and establish end-to-end project transition planPromote a culture of innovation by encouraging team members to propose new ideas and methodologies for process transformation.
