Job Summary
Position Title: Test Lead — SAP SD Testing (P2F) - OM
Location: Hybrid / Remote
Duration: 12–18 months
Reports To: Test Manager
Level: Test Lead

1. Role Summary
Lead SAP SD O2C testing delivery, including strategy, defect governance, and stakeholder management.

2. Key Responsibilities
Define and drive end-to-end testing strategy covering functional, integration, regression, and UAT cycles for Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
Review and approve test scenarios, test scripts, and test data, ensuring alignment with business workflows and test coverage
Oversee validation of core SD processes including Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, and Returns
Lead execution of end-to-end O2C cycles including Sales Order → Delivery → Billing → FI posting and revenue recognition
Ensure integration testing across FI (Accounts Receivable), MM, and logistics execution systems
Drive data validation and reconciliation (customer balances, billing documents, revenue postings, AR aging)
Manage defect lifecycle, including triaging, prioritization, root cause analysis (RCA), and closure tracking
Lead and coordinate UAT cycles, ensuring business readiness, defect resolution, and formal sign-offs
Ensure adherence to pricing rules, tax calculations, and compliance with revenue recognition and audit requirements
Monitor and report test progress, risks, defects, and quality metrics to stakeholders and program leadership

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and coordinate all testing activities for sap s/4hana projects, including test planning, test case creation, test execution, and defect management.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure testing aligns with the overall project objectives.
3. Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test scripts for sap s/4hana modules.
4. Conduct performance testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (uat) for sap s/4hana solutions.
5. Provide guidance and support to junior testing team members and ensure testing best practices are followed.
6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on testing progress and identify any potential issues or risks.

Skill Requirements
1. In-depth knowledge of sap s/4hana modules and architecture.
2. Proficiency in creating test strategies, test plans, and test scripts for sap s/4hana.
3. Experience in conducting performance testing, regression testing, and uat for sap s/4hana solutions.
